01 Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email address and message when you complete a contact or subscription form. We also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit on this site, and the time of your visit.

02 How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to send communications you have requested, to operate and improve the website, and to meet our legal obligations.

03 Cookies

Necessary technologies. The public website always uses one first-party cookie and one local storage entry, both named geomorphic_cookie_consent, to remember whether optional analytics is accepted or rejected and to support this preference across pages. They are not used for analytics. The website does not use Clerk or session-authentication cookies on its public pages; administrative and API services are separate.

Optional analytics. Only after you choose Accept optional analytics, the website loads PostHog, our analytics provider, to collect consented public-site $pageview events. These events include a sanitized path and referrer. We do not use session replay, autocapture, form data, or identify visitors. Analytics runs only on the production public host and excludes CMS and API routes. PostHog cookies or local storage are not created for this purpose before opt-in.

Choice and withdrawal. Choose Reject optional analytics to keep PostHog off. You can reopen Cookie settings on every public page to change or withdraw that choice. Withdrawal opts out of PostHog, resets the analytics client where present, removes known PostHog cookies and local storage, and retains only the necessary preference so the site does not reprompt. We do not state a separate analytics retention period here because one has not been specified to us.

04 Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our communications, and only to the extent they need it, and where required by law.

05 Nevada residents

Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell any covered information we have collected or will collect about them. We do not sell covered information. To submit a request, contact us at investors@geomorphic.ai.

06 California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to delete personal information we have collected, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

07 Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

08 Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

09 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11 Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will be updated.
