SANDVIKSTRÄSK GOLD · COPPER · SILVER

Visible gold on Sweden's Gold Line, barely tested: gold intersected at 365 m depth, an eighth of the 7.6 km trend drilled, and open along strike and at depth

Sandviksträsk carried visible gold in its first two holes and has barely been tested since. The drilling covers an eighth of the trend and, with one exception, the top 150 m — and the exception, sampled over a twentieth of its length, intersected gold with copper and silver at 365 m depth, open below.

Gold is not the question here; the first holes carried it visibly. The question is how far the breccia runs along strike, under the lake and down toward the deep zone, and the first answers sit in core that has already been drilled and never assayed.

Project highlights

The positionExploration permit 2026:120 — 2,012 ha in Västerbotten, granted 21 August 2026 and valid to August 2029. On the Gold Line, 18 km northeast of the past-producing Svartliden mine, with road access
CommodityGold, to 13.1 g/t Au in core, with copper and silver joining it at depth
Gold on the groundBoth 2004 discovery holes logged visible gold, in a breccia zone, and all three holes at the discovery returned gold: SA200402 7.0 m at 2.46 g/t Au from 48.9 m, including 4.0 m at 4.06 g/t; SA200401 3.0 m at 2.24 g/t; SA200509 4.0 m at 1.47 g/t from 149.7 m — historic downhole lengths
Open at depth26 core holes for 3,416 m, 2004–2008, almost all ending within 150 m of surface. Hole SVT200701, drilled to 479 m and assayed over only 25 m, intersected gold with copper and silver from 420 to 439 m downhole — about 350–365 m below surface — and nothing has tested below it
Room along strikeThe drilling spans 960 m, about an eighth of the permit's 7.6 km trend. The operator reported a zone about 400 m long continuing under the lake, and gold-bearing outcrops to 5.3 g/t Au
The core is under-readOnly a third of the 3,416 m drilled has ever been assayed; 12 of the 26 holes not at all

The opportunity

Sandviksträsk carried visible gold in its first two holes and has barely been tested since. The drilling covers an eighth of the trend and, with one exception, the top 150 m — and the exception, sampled over a twentieth of its length, intersected gold with copper and silver at 365 m depth, open below.

  1. Visible gold from the first holes

7.0 m at 2.46 g/t Au from 48.9 m, with grades to 13.1 g/t Au, in a breccia zone that repeats hole to hole.

  2. Open along strike, under the lake and at depth

Gold reaches 365 m below surface, and seven-eighths of the 7.6 km trend has never been drilled.

  3. Results before the first new hole

Two-thirds of the 3,416 m already drilled has never been assayed.

  4. Granted ground on Sweden's Gold Line

Permit held to August 2029, 18 km from the past-producing Svartliden mine, with road access.

  5. A data package ready to go

The full drill database, rebuilt from the original records, is ready for a partner's team.

District setting

Sweden's Gold Line

Sandviksträsk lies on the Gold Line, the gold belt of southern Västerbotten, 18 km northeast of the past-producing Svartliden mine and within 30 km of the Barsele and Fäboliden gold deposits. The permit is crossed by public roads in managed forest country.
